When the sluice gate gets to run , the clock is began to time, The timed limited is 30 seconds, you see each sluice gate’s opening or closing speed is 4cm/s, if it runs normally, 30s time will get 120cm distance, if the sluice gate in auto control mode , the distance has never been more than 120cm, if this happened ,the sluice gate would be out of control. It must be stopped and alarm beep.The sluice gate jam and distance limited are 3D space protection , the timed limited is 4D space protection, it looks the same , but it is different. When the gate detection or sensor is out of order, the distance is not more than 120cm . but the timed is more than 30s ,the monitoring and management computer system will stopped the gate and alarm , it is the lastly protection for remote control sluice gate.Sometimes, operator started opening the gate in manual mode, but he forgot to stop the gate, the gate would go to the highest position of sluice gate , it is very dangerous for dim. But if you adopted the security policy for Monitoring and management computer system , when the gate distance is more than 120cm or the timed is more than 30s , the sluice gate should must be stopped by the two limited policies. These security policy’s program protects the dim safe all the time by automatic control system.In some special cases ,operator wants to open sluice gate more than 400cm, the security policy limited is 120cm, How can I get it ?
